Where are my products?

We place your products in front of the door of our production hall. There they are protected and labeled with your name.

Self-collection is very welcome. However, we are not currently holding a warehouse sale. You can order via our online shop and simply select "Self-collection" at checkout. Please let us know in your order notes or by email when you would like to collect your ordered products, and we will have them ready for you under cover in front of our warehouse. The address for collection is Elmengrundweg 9, 78194 Immendingen-Mauenheim. Your GPS navigation system will likely direct you to the farm from the village. At the very beginning of the farmyard, you will find a wooden building on your right. Turn into the area in front of the building, and your order will be clearly marked to the right of the roller door.

How does shipping work?

Shipping service provider

Depending on the requirements, we ship via DHL or DPD. Palletized goods are always shipped via freight carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs via DHL or DPD are calculated automatically for each order. For deliveries via freight carrier, we charge a flat rate. Additional costs will apply if the freight carrier is required to handle unloading.
