What is a supply contract?

With a supply contract, you have the option of securing your annual requirement or any quantity of Elmengrunder Premium Organic Herbal Hay, Thermal Hay or Haylage in the desired size, cut and quality for one harvest year (July 1st to June 30th of the following year).

Why is it important to secure basic feed through a supply contract?

Our basic feed usually sells out quickly – but not for everyone who has secured their quantity through a delivery contract. You can be sure that your reserved quantity will be available to you all year round.

Do I have to wait until July 1st to secure my basic feed?

No, you can secure your desired quantity for the next harvest year even before July 1st. We'll gladly check availability for you – just send us an email or give us a call!

What happens after I've signed a supply contract?

Once you've signed the contract, we'll schedule your quantity into our harvest and produce it for you. The goods will be stored with us free of charge, and you can request your desired quantity by phone or email at any time during the contract period.

Do I have to pay for my secured amount all at once?

No, you will receive an invoice for each delivery, detailing the goods ordered and the corresponding delivery costs. By reserving your order, you also benefit from discounted volume discounts.
