Shipping policy
1. Shipping methods and service providers

We ship our products using the following standard shipping providers:

  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Freight forwarding (for larger or palletized goods deliveries)

The shipping provider is automatically pre-selected based on the order quantity, weight, and delivery location. There is no guarantee of a specific shipping provider for palletized goods. For other products, you can choose between DHL and DPD. Shipping costs will then be calculated automatically.

2. Delivery area and delivery time

We currently deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries, as well as to Switzerland.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.
For deliveries by freight carrier, the delivery time is longer, as shipments via freight carrier are not possible every day. We indicate any potential delivery times for each product, and delivery will be arranged by appointment. The freight carrier will contact you by phone, text message, or email to schedule a delivery appointment. Please note that deliveries by freight carrier typically take longer than usual.

Please note: There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process and are calculated based on the weight and size of the shipment.

Standard shipping (DHL or DPD):

  • DHL from €2.99
  • DPD from €1.99

Shipping via freight forwarding:

  • will be calculated automatically
4. Partial deliveries

If not all items are available at the same time, we reserve the right to make a partial delivery. In this case, you will not incur any additional shipping costs .

5. Shipment tracking

After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link (if provided by the shipping provider).

6. Local pickup (optional)

Self-collection is possible by prior arrangement. This option can be selected during the ordering process, and the ordered goods can usually be collected within 1-2 working days.

7. Transport damage

Please inspect the goods for external damage upon receipt. If there is any obvious transport damage, please report it to the delivery driver immediately and contact us. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
