Our organic alfalfa bites are low in sugar but high in protein. This makes them an excellent energy feed for sport horses or for helping underweight or older horses gain condition. They support muscle and bone development as well as healthy skin and a shiny coat.

Thanks to dust-reduced harvesting using specialized machinery in the field and optimal drying in our facility, the alfalfa hay is gently dried, preserving important vitamins. This makes feeding safe even for horses with severe coughs, allergies, or equine asthma.

The alfalfa hay is gently pressed in our pellet press. The bites are suitable for dry feeding and encourage horses to chew thoroughly and produce saliva. Unlike alfalfa chaff, which can be difficult to chew due to short, hard stems and may cause mucosal injuries, our bites consist of pressed, kinked long fibers. This allows horses to chew the stalks easily without straining digestion.
