Our organic green oats are harvested shortly after flowering, before significant starch forms in the grain. Botanically, green oats at this stage of development are considered grasses. Due to their natural crude fiber content, they can be used as a supplement to the daily horse feed.

For further processing, the entire plant – stem and panicle – is warm-air dried and then pressed into pellets. This largely preserves the natural composition with plant ingredients such as amino acids, vitamins, trace elements, and other nutrients.

The pellet form allows for easier storage, dosing, and feeding.

Storage recommendation:

The organic green oat pellets should be stored in a dry and cool place to maintain the best quality for your horse. Make sure to properly seal the bag after feeding or transfer the contents into a suitable container. This will protect the pellets from contamination by small animals such as mice and birds.

  • Even amounts between 100 and 150 g per day can enhance/meaningfully supplement the basic feed.

The ration depends on the determined requirement and the further ration design, as well as on the size/weight of the horse. We cannot provide a feeding recommendation suitable for all horses here, please calculate your horse's individual requirement or feel free to contact us!

Basically, you can subscribe to any products that are packaged in a bag or bottle.

Some of you ride in competitions. Therefore, you must pay attention to withdrawal periods and ADMR rules when feeding.

We have compiled a table for you listing the products relevant to anti-doping regulations. Please note that regulations are subject to change, so always check well in advance of participating in a tournament to find out which feeds you can safely give your horses. Products not on the list are permitted without restrictions, subject to change.
