Our organic green millet, grown under controlled organic conditions, is an excellent alternative to grain. It provides energy and supplements the feed with valuable crude fiber. The cobs naturally contain plant-based protein, making them a great alternative to alfalfa. The unsaturated fatty acids and minerals such as silicon and manganese naturally present in green millet contribute to a diverse and balanced horse diet.

Our green millet can be optimally integrated into different feeding concepts and combined with other feedstuffs.

Storage recommendation:

Organic green millet should be stored in a cool, dry place to maintain the best quality for your horse. Make sure to close the bag properly after feeding or transfer the millet to a suitable container. This will protect the millet from contamination by small animals such as mice and birds.

  • Even amounts between 100 and 150 g per day can enhance/sensibly supplement the basic feed.
  • Please soak in water before feeding.
  • If the cobs are not soaked, there is a risk of esophageal obstruction.

The ration depends on the determined needs and the further formulation of the ration, as well as the size/weight of the horse. We cannot give a feeding recommendation suitable for all horses here; please calculate your horse's individual needs or feel free to contact us!

Basically, you can subscribe to any products that are packaged in a bag or bottle.

Some of you ride in competitions. Therefore, you must pay attention to withdrawal periods and ADMR rules when feeding.

We have compiled a table for you listing the products relevant to anti-doping regulations. Please note that regulations are subject to change, so always check well in advance of participating in a tournament to find out which feeds you can safely give your horses. Products not on the list are permitted without restrictions, subject to change.
